Hello! Magazine Cover: genuine or fraud?

this is a hot tip ... and a very much disputed Hello! Magazine cover - genuine or fraud? you decide ...

Turkey version, 2005/12
No 41, 23-29 March

this is posted in ruffa gutierrez' official website. (go to cover girl section then scroll down)

what do you think? do you see any flaw? one thing noticeable and suspicious is the layout - it doesn't seem to follow the norms of a regular Hello! Magazine layout - no explanation of what other articles were inside the mag, no mention of the other pictures' relevance on cover ... is the magazine's content centered on Ruffa alone? suspicious ... very suspicious!

you're right there with youur suspicions.I was living in London when they first came out with their Brit edition ,I bought it faithfully for first f ew yrs-- & all their covers were 'posed' for them.and this one looks like a mocked up People Mag cover.

That's a pretty thorough website of Tarkan, the VERY famous Turkish singer on the cover of this alleged March edition. Take a look at that site, there's no mention whatsoever about Tarkan being on Hello!'s cover on March 2005, however, the fan DID mention a more recent 2007 cover of him on HELLO!. I think it'll be hard for this fan to miss if he was on the March 2005 cover.

Also, there's no way that Ruffa's right there on the middle of that cover, the most visible AND has the largest space. Think of it this way: there's Azra Akin on the farthest right, who's a former Miss World; Tarkan, who's like a HUGE national (not pretend, like Ruffa) figure...then there's Ruffa, who's non-Turkish AND has the largest picture there?! Yeah...you get my point.
