first of all, thank you for coming to this blog site ... what an overwhelming response to the last post - wow, 410 comments to wit! they are all very interesting read, and yes, truly informative.
anyway, as you have already observed, ruffa is at it again - what a circus! what a show! and who is she kidding? or rather, who is she fooling this time around? only the lowest and dumbest sort of people in the philippines? oh, you'd come across them on PEP forums ... aplenty!
i have my own observations and thoughts about the latest development in the ruffa-yilmaz brouhaha - so, here it is ...
yilmaz' "homecoming"
ok, what made him decide to come to manila? did you have the chance to read the link below? if not, please do so ....

in this interview, yilmaz said: "She send to me a message and she told me I have to come to pick them up. Those were the magic words."
to which ruffa explained : "Well, he kept saying, ‘Come meet me here. Come meet me there.' I think it's just proper that he's the man and he should come to me in the Philippines."
(note: this reply made me think ruffa is trying to save face and justify her "message" to yilmaz)
anyone in their right mind can deduce that it was ruffa who's trying very hard to reconcile with yilmaz. her motives? i'd say she's got a number of reasons - and i'd bet two possible ones ...
1) the legit reason: her children (poor little ones to be used as pawns of their scheming mother)
2) the probable shady reason: ruffa misses the luxury of being "married" to yilmaz - regardless of where his supposed wealth comes from - and she need not work for the dough, too.
based on yilmaz' earlier pronouncements, if you are to believe them, he was ready to let go of ruffa. on the other hand, ruffa can't seem to decide whether to let go of yilmaz or keep him at bay using their children as the best excuse to keep their communication open. from what i heard, yilmaz has been calling the kids, not ruffa - but ruffa always managed to make it look like yilmaz is always calling her ... that yilmaz is after reconciliation and is keeping tab on her. well, yes, i believe he may be keeping tab on her - what she's up to all the time, the works. why? i presume that it's because one "missed step", ruffa can say goodbye to the custody of their children - yilmaz have threatened to take their children from her as soon as he has proof that ruffa is not fit as mother of his children. that's one reason why ruffa shied away from "trouble" and "showbiz gimmicks".
when ruffa subjected yilmaz to this TV interview, she has her one and only motive - to vindicate herself in public that she's telling the "truth" about her battery and abuse in the hands of yilmaz. her questions are very leading ... the turk went along even as he was put on the spot by ruffa - ruffa may be all smiles, but i'd say i have this gut feeling ... a very bad gut feeling that there's something in yilmaz that doesn't look quite right. you can tell by the way he tried to defend himself from some of ruffa's point-blank questions. also, ruffa wanted to have that public display of "how much yilmaz love her" - that everything is forgiven between them. geez, even that "nudge" towards buying a house in manila for her is a very obvious and desperate cry for financial support from yilmaz. ruffa may be overjoyed to "vindicate" herself in public when she toyed with yilmaz in that manner, but there is something "fishy" about yilmaz as he sat there with ruffa all throughout the interview. despite all that exchange of looks between them, their body language and facial expressions (especially their eyes) tells a lot more ... ruffa's smiles and light banter were obviously nervous and defensive ... it looked romantic to some, but upon closer scrutiny and observation, you'd think otherwise. the look on her face each time she address yilmaz on something seemed like she's seeking approval and confirmation of some sort from yilmaz - she looked like one who's in a fit of nervous laughs almost afraid yilmaz would say something not to her liking and is quick to justify herself.
subjects as discussed openly on national TV about resettlement in spain, reconciliation, marriage counselling, verbal expression of love and devotion to each other, "marital" woes and expectations from each other all seemed too scripted to me. i have my doubts about all these pronouncements ... my gut feeling says so.
statements from ruffa's psychologist/psychiatrist
as many have observed, and commented - how the heck can a doctor divulge what has transpired between her and her client during their sessions? yes, where is the so-called professionalism there? this quack of a doctor crossed the line of her profession's code of ethics and decency when she discussed her client on both print and TV media. or, was she told by her client to speak up and discuss their session in public? which is which? read the article below and decide for yourself ...

on the prospect of living in Europe
i hope ruffa knows the consequence of doing so ... to the well-informed, this would mean a disaster for her - her "crimes" brought by her ignorance of the law is punishable in most courts in Europe ... my overworked mind it makes me wonder why yilmaz would pick Spain as "second home" - why, it's a predominantly catholic country ... they do not tolerate bigamists! hidden agenda? i hope i'm wrong ... or, am i?

yilmaz said that ruffa, with his permission, can honour the contracts she signed --- until "like she doesn't need the money" ... that it doesn't matter which country they choose to live for as long as they are together as a family.
3) when asked if yilmaz is putting everything behind him now:
yilmaz replied that he has two children and wife to think about and that he will try to win ruffa back but that ruffa also have to try to win him back --- obviously, he want some guarantee that he can trust ruffa again. hah! trust is very fragile --- break it and it will take many years to build again ... does ruffa have what it takes in that particular arena?

i've been busy lately both at work and at the homefront - but rest assured i've been reading your comments.
as for our subject, i thought i'd share something what my gut feeling tells me. it's more like a hunch - as my mind is still trying to understand the current going ons in the "ruffa-yilmaz circus".
reconciliation in the offing? yes, maybe - but only for the "show" to tickle the fancy of the "patay gutom" in the philippines.
i have a couple of thoughts about the latest ponouncements of these two "delusional" couple:
1) ruffa refuses to go back to istanbul not only because she's not happy there but because there's this risk for her to face fraud charges for falsification of official documents in Turkey - remember yilmaz has warned her about this? that it is already out of his hands?
2) yilmaz is right in saying istanbul is one of the world's beautiful places - but ruffa simply did not make a effort to really adapt to the country because it's the extreme kind of lifestyle in istanbul compared to the glitz and glamour she enjoyed in the philippine entertainment scene ... she's simply a nobody out there - right anons?
3) ever noticed how they now abandoned the idea of living in spain and are trying to feed ideas of just buying a house in the philippines to live there as a family? because a lot of people showed doubts and realised that all of these pronouncements are nothing but hype - geez, as many here said the publicised plans were not even feasible nor based to reality ... they simply had too much air! also, i don't know if this is true or not - if there's anyone in the know, please confirm: how true is the rumour that there is a standing arrest warrant for ruffa in the USA? could it be true that ruffa may get herself arrested if she travels anywhere abroad? could this be the reason why they now opt to stay in manila to "cool things down"?
4) about the "horse"-present: i think mad dragon here have said it all ... this yilmaz guy is getting far too horsey with all his fancy pronouncements to the filipino public - goodness, he is obviously enjoying all the attention.
5) lastly, if anyone in the entertainment press is reading this: please stop referring yilmaz as a turkish businessman! he's a Kurd - he looks like one, talks like one, thinks like one and probably smells like one! the more i see him on every news spread, the more he looks dirtier and dirtier ... also, why can't anyone ask him what kind of business he's really running? is he going to establish "his business" in the philippines? how is he going to buy a property in the philippines? he has no legal relationship with ruffa - i don't think he's the one who would just let the property in ruffa's name. up to this date, he's still a "kabit", right? or will yilmaz simply do as annabelle does? buy out favours from the politicians and the government? this circus is getting better and better ... i wonder when is annabelle going to open her motor mouth?
